Closeups are used to show something in detail

Extreme Closeup
Extreme Closeups are used for more detail than a closeup

Extreme Wideshot
Extreme wideshots are used to show setting like where people are thats larger than normal wideshot

Over the shoulder
Allows the viewer to see whats happening from the shoulder's point of view

Medium shot
Medium shots are ideal for two characters talking as its a middle ground between widest and closeup.

Wideshot
Wide shots are used to show a large area of the scene but not as large as extreme wideshots

Social Media

We read an article on Social Medias and how employers can find social medias of students and how it effects whether you could get hired or not. You have to be careful of what you post online, since yours future employers could see it. Remember that time on twitter when you called someone out? Your employers saw it. The time when you posted something hurtful towards someone? Employers can see it. They know your social medias and they want to see what kind of person you are just based on your social media. It doesn't matter your GPA or test scores; if you post bad things online they will decline you. A way to avoid this is to think about what you type and/or send over social medias. You should have a professional email that is not connected to any social medias to help.
I'm personally not on as much social media as normal people my age, so I don't post anything that I regret.

Graphic Design Elevator Pitch

I am an e-Communication student at ONW with a skill set for design. My fellow classmates compliment me on my art of characters or just general designs. I'm hoping to learn where I can put myself into a job centered around graphic design. I am a powerful thinker who is inspired to helping people with designs. I now want to use my skill in the best way I can to make ONW a colorful place. I hope I can help with logos in the school.

House Spin

Over the past week or so we used the 3d program "SketchUp" to create a 3D model of a house. To create the house we started with just a flat rectangle and molded it to resemble a house. Looking for a good house to model was not easy, we used a website to look at houses until I decided upon this small duplex. The hardest part of this was probably cutting the shapes to form the house, a lot of the lines ended up being slanted which prevented me from making an entire shape. I felt like the house was very empty but I didn't want to add people in the house; that would make it seem more normal. So I went into the SketchUp workshop and added pokemon instead.
